BU 325 - Organizational Behavior

This is a theory oriented course that addresses understanding organizational behavior on three levels: individual, group and macro (organizations or departments). Cases are used to illustrate dilemmas confronted by managers, and there is an emphasis on applying theory to understand and solve organizational problems. (Formerly BU223)
