BU 430 - Strategic Management Capstone Strategic Management is an integrative capstone course designed for graduating senior-level students. The course will allow seniors to bring together all of their learned functional skills (i.e., accounting, finance, marketing, management, etc.) to study organizational problems within the context of real-world business and to understand strategic, firm-level, decision-making processes. The course examines the firm as a whole, focuses on the strategic management process, and provides tools to facilitate managerial0level decision making. A business simulation allows real time decision making in product development, marketing, production, and finance.
