BI 348 - Immunology The course will introduce students to the mammalian immune system. Emphasis will be placed on the molecular and cellular basis of the workings of the innate and adaptive branches of immunity. In addition, students will develop skills in literature searches for primary research articles, and preparation and delivery of an effective research seminar.
Three hours of lecture each week for one semester. Four credits.
Prerequisite(s): BI 101 and BI 102 or BI 103 and BI 104
