PY 321 - Clinical Neuroscience This course examines the relationships between human brain function and behavior, with an emphasis on the behavioral consequences of brain injury and disease. The course uses a case study approach to examine neuropsychological disorders such as amnesia, aphasia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and dyslexia. Students will gain a basic understanding of brain anatomy and the neural systems supporting cognitive processes such as memory, language, and attention.
Four credits.
