PS 382 - Classical Mechanics A study of classical mechanics applied to the motion of particles, systems, and rigid bodies. Topics covered include analysis in several coordinate systems, conservation laws, rigid-body analysis, and an introduction to Hamiltonian and Lagrangian methods of analysis.
Four credits.
Prerequisite(s): PS 131-132 or permission of the instructor.
