PY 319 - Research Methods in Personality and Social Psychology An introduction to research methods used to study social behavior and individual traits. Representative topics include: Heuristic processes, social influence, helping behavior, individual difference measures such as introversion/extroversion and attitudinal measures. Students will conduct group and individuals projects using experimental, quasi-experimental and unobtrusive designs to investigate individual and social behaviors. Each section typically limited to 12 students.
Four credits.
Prerequisite(s): PY 302 or permission of the instructor.
