CJ 215 - Cyber Law and Policy This course examines cyber criminology from a law and policy perspective, including its impact on Fourth Amendment jurisprudence and the changing conceptions of privacy and identity. Topics will focus on the effects of cyber criminology on how criminal laws are conceptualized, enforced, and prosecuted.
