CJ 361 - Women and Crime An analysis of sex-linked differences in aggression provides the conceptual basis for examination of the nature and extent of female crime through history to the present day, focusing on the most common forms of criminal expression. Emphasis is placed on traditional and contemporary theories of causality, the legal status of women, the processing of women through the criminal justice system and the impact of rising female criminality upon fundamental institutional structures and social organization.
