PO 275 - Human Rights Human rights is presented as an ideal, a movement, a subject of international law and world politics. The course covers the origins of human rights, their scope, evolution, conflict and confluence with national sovereignty. Examined is the question of the centrality of human rights in the building of a just and peaceful world community.
